Xinyue (Sherry) Liu

Workplace Justice Advocates, PLC, APC, Irvine, CA

Xinyue Liu received her J.D. from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in 2015, graduating with a double major in Mathematics and International Relations and a minor in Accounting. 

 

Xinyue has diverse legal experience across litigation and immigration law. Prior to joining Workplace Justice Advocates (WJA), she practiced at a nationally recognized immigration firm for three years and a boutique litigation firm for one year. She also served as a Legal Coordinator for the 2017 Los Angeles Chinese Film Festival. Since joining WJA in 2021, Xinyue has focused her practice on advocating for employees’ rights and representing individuals facing workplace injustice.

 

She approaches the law with both analytical rigor and empathy, believing that effective advocacy requires not only strong legal skills but also a deep understanding of each client’s story.

 

Xinyue is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese. In her free time, she likes watching movies, freediving and playing badminton.
