Cyndi Huynh is the principal of Monarchesq Conflict Resolution. She specializes in family mediation and has resolved dependency court cases as well as family business, employment, and landlord-tenant disputes. As court-appointed minor's counsel in family law, she represents the best interest of children in custody and visitation battles. She investigates and advises the court on the children's needs, ensuring the children's voices are heard and considered. She has advocated for education plans for children in California, Oregon, and Canada.

Public service has always been the guiding principle for her. She is a staunch supporter and volunteer for the following organizations: Whole Family Mediation, Kids Managing Conflict, Pierce's Pledge, Lawyers in the Library (LA Law Library), Days of Dialogue, and last but certainly not least, Eviction Defense Network. Beyond legal advocacy, she believes in mentoring the next generation of leaders through youth conferences and career fairs. She has also served the City of Los Angeles as a councilperson's appointee for the board of the Angelino Heights Preservation Zone.
