Thi Hoang Ho is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Thi worked at national and international law firms in Los Angeles and New York, where she litigated commercial/business disputes, including antitrust, construction, intellectual property, and partnership disputes. She has also handled international arbitrations through the ICC and AAA.

Thi started her legal career with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Honors Program, at the Executive Office for Immigration Review, through which she served as a judicial law clerk/attorney advisor for the 30+ immigration judges of the Los Angeles Immigration Court.
