Phu Nguyen works as Court Counsel at the Los Angeles Superior Court where she provides advice and counsel to judicial and executive leaders on a wide range of legal issues, including judicial ethics and authority, court administration, litigation and access and fairness issues.  She also teaches a seminar at UCLA School of Law called The Court of Today: Administration, Authority and the Stuff of Adjudication. Prior to joining the court, Ms. Nguyen litigated intellectual property and business disputes in private practice; she also handled pro bono matters involving immigration and family law issues.
