Hoa T.T. Hoang is a lead attorney at the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District. She was a litigation associate at the New York office of Hogan Lovells from 2002 to 2010.  She would like to be a member of the VABASC board to engage with other Vietnamese-American attorneys in a meaningful way and to participate in creating opportunities for learning, mentorship, and career development.
