Tentative dinner menu per table is as follows: Shrimp Coconut Spring Rolls, Rib Eye Rolls, and/or Salt-Pepper Calamari “Mực Rang Muối” (Choose Two); Roasted Duck Salad, Seared Ahi Salad Seared, Ocean Trout Salad (Choose One); and Shrimp Curry with Malaysian Crepe, Filet Mignon Skewers with Garlic Noodles, Silver Noodles with Crab & Shrimp “Miến Xào Tôm Cua”, Seafood Clay pot “Cơm Tứ Xuyên”, Grilled Ocean Trout with Basil Rice (Choose Three).
