Lynda T. Bui is a partner of the Shulman Bastian Friedman & Bui LLP Bankruptcy Department and works in both the Orange County and Riverside offices. Ms. Bui is also a Bankruptcy Panel Trustee in the Central District of California, having been appointed in 2010. Ms. Bui focuses in all aspects of bankruptcy, including representing trustees, debtors, creditors, plaintiffs and defendants in adversary proceedings. She represents clients in a variety of industries including real estate, manufacturing, retail, logistics, banking, grocery, food services, nonprofit, and professional services.

 

Ms. Bui received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and B.A. from UCLA. Active in the professional community, Ms. Bui recently completed her term on the 2020 Small Business Reorganization Task Force chaired by Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California Maureen A. Tighe. Through the years, she has held leadership positions for bar associations such as OCAABA and OCBA and spoke at many events on bankruptcy issues.
